Smoothie is a thick and cold beverage which is prepared from fruits or vegetables blended with ice cream or yogurt. Smoothies are very healthy recipe as they include large serving of fruits and vegetables. Strawberry smoothie is one of the smoothie which is very healthy as well as tasty also as it includes goodness of strawberries.
Serving – 4
- Strawberry (Fresh or Frozen) – 5-6
- Curd (Yogurt)– 2 Cups
- Milk – 1 Cup
- Sugar to Taste
- Strawberry pieces for garnishing
- Just take a blender and add in strawberry, curd, milk and sugar one by one and blend them all together until smooth and creamy.
- Pour smoothie into individual glasses and garnish it with some strawberry pieces and serve chilled.
- Most important thing to be taken care of while preparing smoothie is that the curd and milk which are used should be cold.
