Nowadays Oreo Milkshake is very popular milkshake which you will find in every restaurants and cafes and even in events like birthday parties, kitty parties, marriages etc. The recipe is very easy to make, delicious and even your kids can make it. It is a perfect recipe for these hot summer days.

Serving – 4

Ingredients –

  1. Oreo Biscuits – 150 Gms Packet
  2. Milk – 3 Cups
  3. Vanilla Ice Cream – 2 Cups
  4. Whipped Cream – For Garnishing
  5. Chocolate Sauce – ¼ Cup + For Decorating
  6. Crushed Oreo Biscuits – For Decorating

Instructions

  1. Take a grinder jar and add in oreo biscuits, milk, vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce and grind them. Consistency should neither be too thick nor too thin.
  2. Decorate glass with chocolate sauce and crushed oreo biscuit and pour milkshake in it.
  3. Garnish it with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, crushed oreo biscuit and oreo biscuit.

Strawberry Smoothie | Recipe No. 109

Smoothie is a thick and cold beverage which is prepared from fruits or vegetables blended with ice cream or yogurt. Smoothies are very healthy recipe as they include large serving of fruits and vegetables. Strawberry smoothie is one of the smoothie which is very healthy as well as tasty also as it includes goodness of strawberries.

Serving – 4

Ingredients –

  1. Strawberry (Fresh or Frozen) – 5-6
  2. Curd (Yogurt)– 2 Cups
  3. Milk – 1 Cup
  4. Sugar to Taste
  5. Strawberry pieces for garnishing

Instructions –

  1. Just take a blender and add in strawberry, curd, milk and sugar one by one and blend them all together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour smoothie into individual glasses and garnish it with some strawberry pieces and serve chilled.

Notes –

  1. Most important thing to be taken care of while preparing smoothie is that the curd and milk which are used should be cold.

Cool Watermelon Slushes | Watermelon Lime Slushes | Recipe No. 106

Cool Watermelon Slushes with just only 3 ingredients is a perfect summer recipe. It is very simple recipe which can be prepared in just 5 minutes. If you don’t want to freeze watermelon pieces overnight then you can blend ice cubes with watermelon pieces. It will give almost same texture as it gave with freezed watermelon pieces. Adding of lemon juice is totally optional. But if added it will give nice tangy taste to slushes.

Ingredients –

  1. Watermelon – 1 No.
  2. Sugar – According to Taste
  3. Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp.

Instructions –

  1. Cut watermelon into small pieces and freeze them overnight.
  2. Now blend freezed pieces of watermelon, sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Serve it into individual glasses and garnish it with lemon slice and watermelon pieces.

My today’s recipe is Mango and Melon Smoothie

Mango and Melon are most popular summer fruits which are liked by many people. There are many health benefits of these summer fruits.

Health Benefits of Mango –

  1. Prevents Cancer
  2. Lowers Cholesterol
  3. Clears the Skin
  4. Improves the Eye Health
  5. Improves Digestion
  6. Helps fight Heat Stroke
  7. Boosts the Immune System

Health Benefits of Melon –

  1. Prevents Cancer
  2. Improves Heart Health
  3. Cures Kidney Disease
  4. Improves Digestion
  5. Helps in Weight Loss
  6. Maintains Healthy Skin
  7. Prevents Hair Loss

So considering the health benefits of these fruits I have decided to make smoothie by combining both fruits. It is very easy recipe and tasty also. It is a refreshing summertime smoothie recipe.

Serving – 4 Medium Sized Glasses

Ingredients –

  1. Musk Melon – 500 Gms.
  2. Mangoes – 750 Gms.
  3. Strawberry Crush – 3 Tbsp.
  4. Milk – ½ Cup
  5. Sugar to Taste

Instructions –

  • Cut melon and mango into small cubes and place them in a freezer for three hours.
  • After three hours place melon and mango cubes in a blender and blend till smooth.

  • Now add in strawberry crush, milk and sugar and blend it again.

  • Pour it into individual glasses and serve chilled.

Notes –

  1. Consistency of the smoothie should neither be too thick nor too thin.
  2. If you don’t want to add artificial sweetness to smoothie, you can avoid sugar.
  3. Instead of sugar you can add honey also.

STRAWBERRY PUNCH

This Strawberry Punch is so easy to make and so delicious in taste. It can serve as a best party mocktail drink. It can be prepared with fresh strawberries as well as frozen strawberries also. In case of pineapple juice if it’s possible then use fresh juice only. It will give nice refreshing effect to drink.
Serving – 2
Ingredients –

  1. Strawberries – 6
  2. Pineapple Juice – 1 Cup
  3. Cream – 1 Cup
  4. Sugar to Taste

Instruction –

  1. Cut strawberries into pieces and add them to grinder
  2. Add in cream, pineapple juice and sugar and blend them.
  3. Serve chilled.

FIZZY FROTHY ORANGE

Fizzy Frothy Orange is a sweet and frothy blend of ice cream and soda. It is so easy to make which requires only 2 ingredients.
Serving – 4
Ingredients –

  1. Vanilla Ice Cream – 3 Scoops
  2. Orange Flavoured Soda – 2 Cups

Instruction –

  1. Take a bowl and add in ice cream and orange flavoured soda.
  2. Blend it with the help of hand blender.
  3. Serve chilled.

Strawberry Hot Chocolate | Hot Chocolate | Recipe No. 74

Hot Chocolate is a perfect way to enjoy cold weather. This rich and creamy hot chocolate is made with fresh strawberry puree. It is very easy and quick recipe which can be prepared within 15 minutes.

Fresh strawberries are easily available during winters so decided to add this flavorful ingredient to hot chocolate. If you don’t have fresh strawberries you can use frozen also. Just take care strawberries should be sweet and if not then adjust the quantity of sugar accordingly.

Serving – 4

Ingredients –

  1. Milk (at room temperature)– 3 Cups
  2. Fresh Strawberries – 10 Nos.
  3. Cocoa Powder – 3 Tsp.
  4. Chocolate Chunks – ¼ Cups
  5. Sugar – 3 Tbsp. or According to Taste

Instructions –

  1. Wash and cut strawberries into pieces.
  2. Add strawberry pieces into a blender and add in cocoa powder
  3. Add in 1 cup of milk and blend into a fine puree.
  4. Transfer puree to a pan and allow it to cook on medium flame.
  5. Add in 2 cups of milk and chocolate chunks.
  6. Mix and shimmer till the chocolate chunks melt and the drink turns thick and creamy.
  7. Now add in sugar and cook it till the sugar dissolves completely.
  8. Strawberry Hot Chocolate is ready. Pour it into different glasses and serve hot.

बनाने का तरीका
1. स्ट्रॉबेरी को धोए और टुकड़े कर ले।
2. स्ट्रॉबेरी टुकड़ो को ब्लेंडर में डालें और कोको पाउडर मिला दे।
3. अब उसमे १ कप दूध डालें और पीस ले और बारीक़ प्यूरी बना दे।
4. उस प्यूरी को एक कड़ाई में डाल दे और मध्यम आंच पर पकाना चालू करें।
5. उसमे २ कप दूध और चॉकलेट के टुकड़े डालें।
6. अच्छे से मिलाएं और उबाले तब तक चॉकलेट पिगल नहीं जाती और हॉट चॉकलेट गाडी और मलाईदार नहीं हो जाती।
7. अब उसमे शक्कर मिलाएं और पकाएं तब तक शक्कर अच्छे से घुल नहीं जाती।
8. स्ट्रॉबेरी हॉट चॉकलेट तैयार हैं। उसे अलग अलग गिलास में डालें और गरम परोसे।

Two types of Mojito|Pomojito|Black Virgin Mojito – Recipe No. 47

Basically Mojito is a cocktail drink. But today I am making Non-Alcoholic Version of it. I am making two types of Mojito i.e. Pomojito and Black Virgin Mojito. These mocktails are very easy to make and are very refreshing.

POMOJITO

The main ingredient of this mojito is Pomegranate juice and with that we will mix lemon soda. You can use fresh juice made at home (if possible) or you can use juice bought from market.

Duration – 10 Mins                      Serving – 4

Ingredients –

  1. Pomegrante Juice – 3 Cups
  2. Chopped Lemon (small in size) – 12 pieces
  3. Mint Leaves – 15-20 Leaves
  4. Sugar Syrup – 8 Tbsp.
  5. Chaat Masala – 1Tbsp.
  6. Black Salt – 1 Tbsp.
  7. Lemon Juice – As Required
  8. Chilled Soft Drink of Lemon Flavor.

Method –

  1. Add 3 chopped lemons, 4-5 broken mint leaves, 2 Tbsp. sugar syrup, 1 Tsp. black salt and 1 Tsp. chaat masala in each glass and crush them with the help of a muddler. [If taste of lemon is not enough from crushed lemon pieces, then squeeze lemon in it.]
  2. Now fill half glass with pomegranate juice and mix well
  3. Fill another half with chilled soft drink
  4. Garnish with lemon slice.

BLACK VIRGIN MOJITO

The process to make black virgin mojito is same as that of other mojito but instead of lemon soda we will use soda which will be black in color

Duration – 10 Mins                    Serving – 4

Ingredients

  1. Chopped Lemon (small in size) – 12 pieces
  2. Mint Leaves – 15-20
  3. Sugar Syrup – 8 Tbsp.
  4. Black Salt – 4 Tsp.

  6. Lemon Juice – As Required
  7. Chilled Coco Cola

Method –
