Bread Pizza | Quick and Easy Recipe of Pizza | Recipe No. 94

Bread Pizza is a smaller version of actual pizza which is quick, easy and tasty snack recipe. This can be perfect snack for any kind of party at your home especially kid’s party. They are huge fan of pizza and always demands pizza in parties.

Here bread works as a pizza base and mixture of finely chopped veggies is used as a toppings. The taste of bread pizza is similar as that of regular bread pizza as all the ingredients used to make regular pizza has been used to make bread pizza so there will be no change.

For making bread pizza if possible use white bread only for a base and for vegetable toppings you can use veggies of your choice. I have added onion, capsicum and cabbage. You can use homemade pizza sauce for this recipe whose recipe I have already shared. You can prepare this pizza in oven as well on tawa also.

Serving – 10-12 Bread Pizza

Ingredients –

  1. Finely Chopped Onion – 1 Cup
  2. Finely Chopped Cabbage – 1 Cup
  3. Finely Chopped Capsicum – 1 Cup
  4. Sweet Corns – ½ Cup
  5. Salt to Taste
  6. Black Pepper Powder – ½ Tbsp.
  7. Red Chilli Flakes – ½ Tbsp.
  8. Grated Cheese
  9. Pizza Sauce
  10. Bread Slices – 10-12
  11. Butter

Instructions –

  1. Take finely chopped cabbage in a mixing bowl and add in finely chopped onion and capsicum in it.
  2. Add in sweet corns, salt, red chilli flakes and black pepper powder.
  3. Mix all ingredients.
  4. Take one bread slice at a time and spread pizza sauce on it.
  5. Place around 2 tbsp. of vegetable mixture on sauce and grate some cheese on it.
  6. Apply butter on hot pan and place bread pizza on it and cover the pan with lid.
  7. Cook pizza till the cheese melts and bottom of the pizza gets perfectly toast.
  8. Bread Pizza is ready to be served.

Yogurt Sandwich is easy and healthy tiffin box recipes for kids. It’s a perfect recipe for those mothers whose kids don’t like to eat veggies at all.
Yogurt Sandwich requires Hung Curd which can be prepared by hanging your fresh curd in a muslin cloth until all its water drains out and lot of veggies which can be finely chopped or grated as per your choice.

Ingredients –

  1. Bread – 16 Nos.
  2. Butter or Ghee – For Grilling
  3. Hung Curd – 1 Cup
  4. Grated Cabbage – ¼ Cup
  5. Grated Carrot – ¼ Cup
  6. Salt to Taste
  7. Dry Mint Powder – ½ Tbsp.
  8. Black Pepper Powder – ¾ Tbsp.

Method –

  1. Take hung curd in a bowl and add in grated carrot and cabbage.
  2. Add in salt, black pepper powder and mint powder and mix.
  3. Spread the paste between two slices of breads and grill it from both sides with the help of butter until they are golden brown in color.
  4. Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.

Notes –

  1. Sandwich can be prepared with any type of bread. I have used white bread.
  2. Other vegetables can also be added like onion, green, yellow or red bell pepper or as per your choice.
  3. Dry Mint Powder is optional. But if you have then add it. It will give nice taste to sandwich. Dry mint powder can be easily prepared at home by drying fresh mint leaves.

Cheesy Macroni | Mac n Cheese | Recipe No. 83

My today’s recipe is Cheesy Macroni. It is very easy and quick recipe. Its preparation requires lot of cheese. This recipe is liked by everyone especially kids and people who like cheese a lot. There are many ways to make it. Some people use 2-3 types of cheese to make this. Some people bake it. I have prepared it in a pan on gas stove and have used processed cheese.

Serving – Will serve 2 – 3 people

Ingredients –
1. Boiled Macroni – 5 Cups
2. Butter – 2 Tbsp.
3. All-Purpose Flour – 2 Tbsp.
4. Hot Milk – 2 Cups
5. Grated Cheese – 1 Cup
6. Salt to Taste
7. Black Pepper Powder to Taste
8. Oregano for Garnishing.

Instructions
1. Heat butter in a pan. Add all-purpose flour.
2. Roast all-purpose flour in butter on low flame till it gets light in color.
3. Add in hot milk and stir it continuously so that no lumps are formed.
4. Add in grated cheese and mix.
5. Add in black pepper powder and salt and mix properly.
6. Add in boiled macroni and mix it such that it gets properly covered by sauce.
7. Garnish Cheesy Macroni with some oregano and serve.

Notes –
1. Quantity of butter and all-purpose flour should be same.
2. Milk should be hot otherwise lumps will be formed.
3. If sauce gets thicken you can add more quantity of hot milk.
4. I have not added any vegetable to it as I don’t like vegetables in this recipe. If you want you can add Red and Yellow Bell Pepper and Broccoli to it.
5. I have added processed cheese. You can add cheese of your choice.

Onion Parantha | Pyaaz ka Parantha | Recipe No. 82

There are many varieties of parantha which you will get in India like aloo parantha, lauki parantha, paneer parantha, onion parantha etc. Paranthas are very easy and quick recipe which you can make for breakfast or lunch or dinner. You can have these parantha with plain curd or any type of raita or green chutney or tomato ketchup.

Today’s recipe i.e. onion parantha is a whole wheat flat bread stuffed with onion mixture. It is a very basic recipe which you can prepare easily with the ingredients easily available at home.

Serving – 10 Paranthas

Ingredients –

  1. Wheat Flour – 2 Cups
  2. Ghee (Clarified Butter) – 1 ½ Tbsp. + For Cooking Parantha
  3. Salt – 1 ½ Tsp.
  4. Water for Kneading Soft Dough
  5. Finely Chopped Onions – 3 Cups
  6. Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 1 Tbsp.
  7. Gram Flour (Besan) – ½ Cup
  8. Red Chilli Powder – 2 ½ Tbsp.
  9. Salt to Taste
  10. Turmeric Powder – ¼ Tsp.
  11. Garam Masala – 1 Tsp.

Instruction – 

  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl and add in salt and ghee.
  2. Knead soft dough with the help of water and cover it and keep aside.
  3. Take finely chopped onions in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add in finely chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala.
  5. Mix all ingredients properly.
  6. Add in gram flour and mix properly as such onions are nicely coated with gram flour.
  7. Divide dough into small balls.
  8. Take one ball at a time and dust flour on the dough ball.
  9. Roll the dough with the help of a rolling pin to a circle of 3-4 diameters.
  10. Place 2 tbsp. of onion stuffing in center of circle and cover it with the dough and press it gently and roll it again to give shape of parantha.                            
  11. Heat flat pan and put Parantha on it and cook from one side and flip it and cook another side with the help of ghee till it changes color to golden brown.
  12. Onion Parantha is ready. Serve it with curd or green chutney or tomato ketchup.

Notes –

  1. Cut onions finely else it will be difficult to roll the paranthas.
  2. After preparing onion mixture make paranthas immediately otherwise onions will leave their moisture and it will be difficult to roll parantha.
